Plan Your EPIC EVENT With Confidence
From setup and timing to venue details and show flow, here’s what you need to know before the music starts.
SPACE Requirements
For most events, EPIC needs at least 10' x 20' of performance space — ideally 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep. That footprint allows room for our setup while keeping the show comfortable, ENERGETIC, and visually CLEAN.
We don't need a stage to bring the PARTY. We are just as COMFORTABLE set up at floor level as we are elevated, provided the PERFORMANCE area is solid, level, and ready for showtime.
POWER & SOUND
We require reliable power near the PERFORMANCE area to keep setup smooth and the show running cleanly from start to finish. In most cases, standard POWER is all that is needed.
EPIC can provide professional sound support for many events, and if your venue already has in-house sound or lighting, we are HAPPY to coordinate ahead of time.
The PRIORITY is always the same: a setup that feels seamless and a show that lands exactly the way it should.
Load-In & SETUP
To keep everything SMOOTH and STRESS-FREE, we prefer to arrive 2 hours before the event starts for SETUP and SOUNDCHECK.
We do ask for a CLEAR PATH to the performance area for LOAD-IN and setup. Easy access HELPS us move quickly, protect equipment, and keep the process EFFICIENT from the moment we arrive.
We also offer DJ services before and after the live show, helping you keep the ENERGY going from guest arrival through the final song.
EVENT Timing
We are happy to work within your event timeline to make sure the show fits the room and the energy of the night. Whether the performance is the main attraction or part of a larger program, good timing helps everything feel smooth and well-paced.
If your event includes dinner, speeches, awards, auctions, or other scheduled moments, sharing that timeline in advance helps us keep the flow seamless from start to finish.
WORKING With Your Planner or VENUE
We are happy to coordinate directly with your event planner, venue manager, or event team to help make setup and show flow as smooth as possible. From load-in details to timeline coordination, we work well behind the scenes so the entertainment feels easy from your side.
Our goal is simple: make this one of the easiest parts of your event to plan.
Requests & INTERACTION
EPIC is built around audience interaction. We provide request slips and pens at every event so guests can be part of the action and help shape the show in real time.
At public events and fundraisers, we also provide a Venmo code for digital tipping. For fundraisers, every tip goes directly back to the organization, turning crowd participation into extra support for the event.
